Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

During busy seasons or special promotions, processing times may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. We currently ship within the United States.

  • Free shipping is automatically applied to all U.S. orders $48 and up unless otherwise noted.
  • Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after they leave our facility, depending on your location and carrier.

All orders are shipped via reliable, trackable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships. If you can’t find your confirmation, check your spam or promotions folder — or reach out to us at support@partakebodycare.com and we’ll resend it.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We take great care in packing your order, but once it’s with the carrier, delivery is outside our control. If your package is delayed, damaged, or marked “delivered” but missing, please contact the carrier first.
