The Skin Happiness Guarantee
We want you to love how your skin feels after using The Skincare Soak. If you don’t notice softer, more hydrated, comfortable feeling skin after your very first soak, we’ll make it right — no returns required.
Simply email us at support@partakebodycare.com within 30 days of delivery, share your order number, and let us know how your experience went. We’ll refund your purchase (excluding shipping) — no hoops, no guilt trips, no mailing anything back.
Because this guarantee is based on trust, here’s what keeps it fair for everyone:
- The Skin Happiness Guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
- Refund requests must come from the original purchaser with proof of order.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests that show signs of abuse (for example, repeated refund requests from the same household or multiple orders sent to the same address).
- Gift purchases are eligible for store credit instead of a refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
